Kada koristimo any ili some u engleskom?
SOME : ( Koristimo uz brojive i nebrojive imenice.)
-U tvrdnjama: Primjer- I have some friends. ( Ja imam nekoliko prijatelja)
-U pitanjima kad nudimo ili tražimo nešto što nam je pri ruci. Primjer- Would you like some salt? Could I have some lemonade? ( Da li želiš soli? Da li mogu dobiti limunade?)
-Kod somebody, somewhere, someone, something u potvrdnim rečenicama. Primjer- He lives somewhere else. ( On živi negdje drugdje).
ANY: ( Koristimo ih isto kod brojivih i nebrojivih imenica. )
-negativne rečenice ili pitanja. Primjer- Do you have any coffee? She doesn`t have any clothes in Chicago. ( Da li imaš kave. Ona nema odjeće u Chicagu).
-u negativnim pitanjima i rečenicama. Anybody, anywhere, anyone, anything. Primjer- Do you know anybody here?
UPOTREBA:
some: tvrdnje, ponude, zahtjevi i pitanja gdje očekujete odgovor : da.
any: negativne tvrdnje, pitanja
