This is the story about Stojanka Olujic, mother of  family who was killed in 1992.year.

 There was a war in Croatia in 1992.  Jugoslavia was falling apart. In the willage Cerna has been living Stojanka Olujic with her family- son Radimir Olujic, daughter in law Anica and their two children 13- year old Marko (1979) and 16-year old Milana. On the night of February the 17.th to 18.th in 1992. a few men knocked on their door and when they opened it  they killed all of them with guns. The murders first killed them  and after that they shoot father and daughter into the head because of fear, not to anybody stay alive. This killing was act of people who want to harass people because of the war. They killed civilian in the war and not only them but also their children. They did not have a reason for doing such abnormal act, there was the terrible war and Jugoslavia was falling apart but to have killed the children, is abnormal act of abnormal people.

The story was not unfortunately stopped here. After this terrible act a husband of Stojanka Olujic died of sorrow and shock and Stojanka has stayed totally alone in the small willage.

After that Croatian police did not do anything to find killers. Their thinking was- „There was a war and..."

That is why Stojanka decided to sue the Croatian State because police was not doing their job as they should.

She has finally got prosecution into her favour and the Croatian State should have paid to her 27000 dollars for indolence in the case of killing all her family.

But Croatian state did not paid her- Anything and still was doing Nothing.  

This case stayed until 2003 when Croatian broadcast Latinica made reportage about Stojanka and her case. Yet then Croatian police decided to do something about this undiscovered case. Some people decided to surrender themselves because of conscience and grief for killing innocent family and children and police finally then decided to do something.

They were prosecuted and they got execution for 10-20 years for killing the family and children. Executions in Croatia are abnormally small for killing or for raping. The Croatian legal system is totally inefficient and corrupted. You can get in Croatia for raping of children 3 years of jeal... The Croatian judges are corrupted and they are not doing their job at all. Some rich people can kill person and not to be going into jeal at all. They can get probation for a 6 months and that is it.

After this absurd execution the Croatian State did not pay to Stojanka for murdering family 27000 dollars and on the top of that State decided to search from Stojanka all judging expenses.

Now every month they are taking from Stojanka little pension value of 300 American dollars, one third of her pension and Stojanka leaves with 120 dollars for month to month.

She must survive in the state in which the average persons salary is 10 times bigger. Nobody is helping to her, she has not got anybody, all people are closing their eyes toward her and she is left alone on insensitivity of the Croatian state and legal system.

On this case unfortunately you can see absurdity and totall insensivity in the State where the legal system is not doing their job at all.

They are doing their job only when they are taking of very poor people their little money with which they are barely surviving. In all other cases they are corrupted and something like that would have never happened to somebody who is rich and wealth.
