Now, it is the time to resolve issue about the Borders with Croatia, and bring it to EU. We all want to Croatia finalize negotiations by the end of year 2009. Help of the third parties would be beneficial and it might be the only way to find solution from the existing blockage."this is the statement of the head of Slovenian diplomacy Samuel Žbogar  on the Conference of Commitee of the EU ministers, for Reuter agency.

The most probable way will be accepting authority of former President of Finland Marti Ahtisaari.

With this statement Ljubljana informed us that in a short time of period is willing to obviate the blockage of the Croatian negotiations of the Membership in EU.

But Croatian government is not having the same State as Slovenia.

They are for a solution of involving the International Court of Justice in Haag.

So, if Sanader will not accept compromise, he can be brought up in the Position of trouble-maker and all his Brusell partners can reject him. Probably he will need to defer to Ahtisaary commission.
